Licensing Terms
How we work with partners
Brand and trademark use
Piñatita™, Lita and all related characters, artwork, names and logos are owned by Thinker & Hatcher Studios. Any commercial use requires a signed license agreement and written artwork approval before production, packaging or advertising.
Child-safety standards
Because our audience is young children, licensees must meet applicable toy and children's product safety rules for their territory (for example CPSIA and ASTM F963 in the US, or EN 71 and CE marking in the EU/UK), provide test reports on request, and label age grading clearly.
Advertising and privacy
Marketing that uses Piñatita characters must be child-appropriate and must not use behavioral or interest-based advertising directed to children. Any app, site or promotion aimed at kids must comply with children's privacy laws such as COPPA and GDPR-K, with no data collection from children without verifiable parental consent.
Quality and approvals
We review samples at concept, pre-production and final stages. Licenses are granted by category, territory and term, and cannot be sublicensed or transferred without our written consent.
