Who may use this site

This website is intended for adults — parents, guardians, educators, librarians, event organizers and media professionals. Children are welcome to enjoy our books, songs and videos with a grown-up, but only an adult aged 18 or older may submit a form, subscribe to the newsletter or request a booking.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, adapted, sold or used commercially without written permission. You may share links to our pages and print pages for personal, classroom or library use, as long as our credits and notices stay intact.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scrape or harvest data, submit false or abusive form entries, upload harmful code, or misrepresent your affiliation with Piñatita.

Forms, bookings and newsletter

Submitting a booking, licensing, press or contact form is a request, not a confirmed agreement. Dates, fees and details are only confirmed once we reply in writing. Please give us accurate information so we can respond.

Third-party links
